Returns and Exchanges

What is the return/exchange policy?

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the item for a refund or exchange (some exceptions apply).
  • All returns after the 14 days from the arrival date will be issued a store credit.
  • All merchandise must be in new, unwashed and unused condition in original unopened packaging with all the tags, instructional and promotional materials still securely attached for any refund or exchange to be issued.
  • Noinkee’s Inc. reserves the right to refuse any return if the merchandise is not in its original condition.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for the return of the item.
  • It is Noinkee’s suggestion to ship item with a tracking/delivery confirmation as Noinkee’s is not responsible for items not received.
  • If the item was a gift a store credit will be issued and mailed.
  • Final Sale items are as follows; Items purchased on promotion or sale, special orders, bath and body, and other items at the discretion of Noinkee’s.

Air Canada Employee Special Discount

Air Canada Employee's will receive a 10% discount on regular priced items in store. If you want an item on-line and would like it

shipped or to arrange a pick up, please call us at 519-942-4456 or 1888-942-4456.  Employee id will be required.


Shipping Fees

  • Parcels are shipped with a flat rate based upon the total value of the shipment. Our standard shipping costs are as follows:
                                         $2 to $50 Shopping Cart Total - $13
                                $50 to $75 Shopping Cart Total - $15
                                $75 to $150 Shopping Cart Total - $17
                                $150 to $300 Shopping Cart Total - $20
                                $300 + Shopping Cart Total - $25


  • Parcels will be shipped through Canada Post
  • Local Area Pick-up from our store is available on all orders at time of check-out - 168B Broadway, Orangeville



How long will it take to receive my package?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Orders placed over weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped by the next business day. The date of arrival is 1-5 business days from the date of shipping. Shipments to the East or West Coast will take 5-7 business days from the date of shipping.

Shipping to the Continental US will be 8-10 days delivery expedited Canada Post/USPS. 


NOTE: During the holiday season, shipping times may not be guaranteed.


How can I track my package?

A confirmation number or tracking number will be provided following shipping to an e-mail address or alternative contact information provided.


How are items shipped?

At this time Noinkee’s Inc. ships within Canada through Canada Post or UPS. For shipments to the United States, only Canada Post / USPS will be used.
